The area is well kept. The neighbors are friendly.

I am a resident at westgate fot last year. I am very impressed with the new manager Dawn. She has worked very hard in revitalizing the community. I have seen a big change in the appearance. She enforces the rules and gets the job done.Improving our community & homes will increase the value.

I have to say that since Dawn took over as manager this place had only gotten better. The first year I lived here I never got to use the pool because it closed before I got home from work and was never open on the weekends, and since new management took over its open when I get home from work and open on weekends. Very clean, nice amenities, and for the most part a quiet place. Since new management has taken over the place has gotten a lot better. Maintenance takes very good care of the place and management is fair but firm and does her best to keep the riff raff out and will go above and beyond to help you.

I would never live here. There are too many cats that just walk around all day. Fleas all in the grass. Roaches all over the place. I'm from up North so I'm not used to this kind of living situation. It's quiet but not for me ever. I'll do the cold instead of this.

It is always out of stock I am going to start going to Merritt Island store it is worth the drive the people that work there are great at the cocoa store but it is just to much for them to be out of stock all the time like cat food and not anything else to pick from how does that happen

Trailers are painted and somewhat fixed up. They need lighting in Park, very dark
