Bad experience

Sunrise is your typical low cost trailer park but they do have a decent play ground for the kids and night time security

Slowly cleaning it up been here 6 years new owns are best one so far

The manager is one of the best I've ever seen.

I've lived in Cocoa many years but this trailer park is not where I like to be. I was only thru there because I had transportation pick me up to take me to a DR appointment n he had to go in this place to pick up another person. If I could give zero stars I would!!

I have been living here for 5 years and new management has really improve the community overall, very affordable and within 10 minutes to the beach.

Lived here for the past 3 years and this community has come a long way, still lots of room for improvements but definitely working progress

Nice quiet place to live. The people in the office are great! They're always upgrading the park here. For example, newly paved roads and taken out trees putting in new trailers.

The maintenance crew oversteps their boundaries to where it's extremely unprofessional and very out of hand. I would consider any other park to live in before I moved into this one.

Good park. Friendly staff. The area is getting better. There's a playground and a basketball court. Good place to live

Been visiting for less than a week, got my car towed away from where the owner said to park, would not recommend living here...

I don't live here but I visit friends in this trailer park that take good care of where they live with kids. I've been in here quite a few times and haven't seen any issues of course I don't drive through here at night.

The people in the office are rude and make up rules as they go just to be nasty....

Trailer park

They single out certain people and maintenance never finishes their job

Dump. I was driving in the park an there was a large hole in the road an it bent my rim an i blew my tire.

The land lords are slime balls and rent is over priced

Sunrise Village is definitely a great affordable option for those seeking affordable living. The new management is pro active in fixing any issues that arise while working with a great security agency & local law enforcement. Sunrise village is committed to giving the residents a safe place to live.

They never give people a chance

Not ideal. Very crowded. Lots of loitering and cars playing loud music. More like a night club than a community.
