Great little RV Park! Friendly staff and campers! Nice pool and pretty good rates for the area!

Great location and the service team are outstanding. I am disabled and they always find time to help me out. I have been a full time year round resident here since late March of 2021.

We have been coming down here for 13 years and enjoy it tremendously. We don't have any problems with the office, usually there are some improvements of some sort in the park.

5 years now at this RV park on on 6/6 plan. Love the heated pool, dog friendly smaller park. Also love Lots of activities, palm trees and our friends. Oh and No Snow or Shoveling!

RV Park is very clean and staff is very friendly and helpful. It's Pet friendly and It's close to downtown Punta Gorda and Cape Coral and the new sunseekers resort!

Before I write my review I'd like to address the other reviews I saw. I have a 70lb dog that stays with me and goes everywhere I do. She is a mixed breed. I was staying at another campground because they didn't have availability until after the snow birds left. I explained my dog and said I will send you a photo or better yet let me

This place was easy to book on the web site for a last minute stop over. The main building had a bulletin board marked with available spots. The staff checked in on us the next morning to ensure we were all set. Easy, full book up, late check in.

I arrived late on a Saturday with rain pouring down the staff were great , kind friendly and we're more than happy to help a rookie rvr settle in. Thank you !

Wonderful place to spend time in Punta Gorda , very friendly people, The owner is beautifull heart.

Please please as a property owner behind this park stop allowing and telling guests that they can ride their 4 wheelerS on the trails behind. It’s NOT safe most days because of all the gun fire and target practice! Also they do not have any permits or permission to do this. Please stop.

Just visited, it's a normal RV park. Little run down.

No pets allowed. Must provide current state certificates, doctor notes/scripts, vaccinations, and registrations at checkin for service dogs. Absolutely no pets!

Get your RV to this park, or you can even rent one right on the spot. Great people and great service. It's a must!

Really enjoyed my stay here! Very friendly staff and neighbors all around. This is the perfect place to stay if you enjoy a peaceful campground that isn’t far from two cities.

Nasty , dirty, old, with rude staff. We will stay somewhere else. I suggest you do the same

Pool and laundry was nice. Electric and wifi stunk. Water tasted awful. Showers could have been way better. People were super.

It is a wonderful place to stay at the pool is refreshing and the people are just like good neighbors the same as living up north and I like that about this place

Place is dirty bathrooms have roaches not palmetto bugs.. manager and staff constantly swear at each other .. rules hange daily due to laziness of management.. sun and shade.. yes shady... very ... have employees work under company pay but do side jobs under work hpurs.. if you don't slide Krista cash you aren't welcome

Just visited here. This is standard trailer park from the 60/70s crowded. No peaking to speak of. Not my cup of tea.

Older campground but very clean. Nice staff. Very helpful. Friendly people. Good location. Will keep coming back.

We have been here now for the last 2 winters and we absolutely love it. The staff are truly amazing and are always willing to help. The upkeep of the property is outstanding. We will hopefully be continuing to spend our winters here in the future.

We really enjoyed our two months stay here. Such a quiet and peaceful Park. The manager and staff are very friendly and helpful. Our daughter loved the pool and our dog loved going on walks around the park and stopping at the office for a treat from the manager. Highly recommend staying here!

This is an older , private campground. There are many older units. Smaller roads, priced toward people who want z cheaper place. No hot tub, pool barely adquate. Depends on what your agenda is.

After being there for 2 days we were informed my 8 week old puppy was not allowed there because of his breed. We told them we had 2 cats and a small dog. Apparently she didn't hear us say this when checking in and accused us of lying. They never asked or said anything about breed restrictions. These rules were not posted on the list

Very nice and quiet campground. The owners are wonderful. It's very pretty and relaxing. I will be telling everyone to come here. Lots of neat critters too.

We have currently been here for two months plus. We are some of the younger residents here but it’s very peaceful and quiet everyone is friendly staff is amazing!!!
