I have lived here 3 1/2 years. I have not been happy with the mobile phone park as I live next to the dumpsters and they were not maintained. House getting hit every day again. We are fearful for our lives here and no one will help. The adults are just as bad as the teenagers. Let the kids run around past curfew with guns of any kind is not right. To intimidate families that want to be left alone is not right.

This past weekend a main water line broke in our park and our new manager Dave went above and beyond to make sure that all the residents here had water by bringing in a water tank truck for all of us which is MORE than ANY other MANAGER has done in this situation, WE ALL APPRECIATE YOU DAVE!

a few months ago i would have given this place a 1 star, but since new management, there has been a ton of improvement, i'm excited to see this place really start to turn around for the better. still having some issues with some kids who seem to enjoy hitting peoples cars while 'playing' ball, but hopefully that will be taken care of

The only reason this place even gets a star is because they have new management. This place deserves a negative star. The residents of G-8 run wild, damage property, damage cars, litter everywhere, out past curfew, and are just generally disrespectful. No trespassing signs or private property signs make them go into your yard more.

Just like my trailer park thats behind this one. Both are quiet after bout 8pm everynight. Very little traffic in or out of this park its also private property. Its also a short walk away from Goose Gossage Park.
