this is supposed to be age restricted . it isnt they rent to illegal aliens with kids. this is suppiosed to be for age. 55+ and older. its a free for all driving roads. no stop signs on the streets. very large place over 300 trailers and the monthly property rental charge is outrageous. No security at all.

Gina and Jess really know how to take care of their residents. Made us feel welcome, answered our questions, and addressed our concerns. Been to 5 parks looking for a place for our daughter, Palm Beach MHP has our business. Thank you Gina and Jess!!

Great customer service. Amy helped me get my mothers home in order with things that needed to be fixed and even helped me find someone to do the work. She has been so great through this whole process!!! We are so thankful for her and Palm Beach.

The assistant mgr at Palm Beach mobile park is the best! She goes out of her way to bring me food from our community food bank when I am unable to get out of the house. This is a senior park and many of us can not get out of our homes to get food when they provide it for us. She makes sure everyone that needs the extra food gets i
