Would give them less friend bought a place here and they didn't warn them that it was infested with rats. They had covered up the rat destruction with thin wood walls friend pulled one wall down to find trash and toys and socks random parts of clothing throughout the wall . I would not trust there fake smiles wail they trick you ....

Park staff are nasty Evicted all my friends out of the trailer park.

They are working hard to clean up the area.

Maintenance team is completely incompetent.. Bathroom floor has been redone 3 or 4 times now and and still they rip it and tear it every single time they do it. Now I'm being told I have to accept it because they refuse to fix their own screw ups.

Nope!! I have been to Meadows mobile home on occasion to visit a few friends that at that time lived there. The mobile property is big but not well kept. Lots of old homes that looks like they need to be remodeled. Unfortunately there are people living there that are slobs and you can tell just by looking at the outside of the homes.

Affordable housing isn't always pretty. It looks like the owners are trying to change that a little more everyday and they're probably an excellent thing to happen to this community. Very nice community to live in. It is quiet and has a very nice atmosphere. I enjoyed living at the meadows and would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to live.

Great management. They really care about the people who live there. Family friendly park. Management was on top of the very little issues we had.

Vee and the Service team are great. Problems are taken care of quickly. I really like the fact that when you do call with an issue, you get a response back.

3rd manager is Awesome! Place looks and feels better. Reasonable rates. Communication with mgmt prompt and clear.

The last 2 office buildings had lock boxes to drop off rent checks and money orders. The new one doesn't. I have a difficult time getting up there during their office hours because of my job to drop it off.

I’ve lived here in the Meadows MHP since 2001. I’ve watched this place go from a drug infested park to a respectable community to live in. Kudos to the transformation of the park. Keep up the great work.

The manager at The Meadows MHP is the greatest person I have ever met. She is courteous, and went out of her way to help me in my situation I was in. She went above a d beyond her expected duties to help me. If everyone was as great as her the world would definitely be a better place. I will a d do miss being there and seeing her.

Most of these homes are in really bad shape. They only rent to ppl on disability to insure they get their rent( understandable), and generally nice ppl, but I would think they could drop a little more $ & tlc into the homes.
