Management to this place have lack of communication

I love love love krista she is the best shes the most caring sweetest person ive met ina long time she is great at communication and always there to answer questions if needed

I think Lakeside is a great mobile home park. I have lived here since 2009 and I think the current management is excellent - patient, polite, very professional, responsive to questions and issues - I would recommend it here to anyone.

You people can also say how much you are getting paid to post good reviews, bottom line a shiny painted lie is still a lie and covering for the worst manager we have ever had isn't going to cut it bum kissing few tenants

The Law Office of Joseph G. Vaccaro, PLLC Joe is the best attorney there is. He helped my wife and I with an eviction. He won the case.Joe is super knowledgeable with the law and is always there to answer all your questions along the way. Unreasonable rules and harassment can be addressed too

Unreasonable rules, substandard services, unfair harrassment, turn family park into a corporate money mill

Management is beyond racist! They pick and choose who they mess with here! And for whatever reason it’s always only people of color!

Hard to drive through this place

I have been trying my hardest to give this new management the benefit of the doubt but they keep doing, or not doing things that make me wonder how they can even call themselves "Management". More like Slum Lords!! With the heavy snow over night, a very large section of the tree in my yard broke off and is currently blocking my exit

I would not recommend living here, the manager Krista is an evil person who lies a lot. She makes up rules and does not honor the lease signed by lakeside prior to Riverstone buying the park. She allows everyone to have dogs and does nothing about the geese, trash, and nasty yards and homes that bring down our home values. stay away.

Management always keeps the park clean. I’ve lived in Mobile homes my whole life and this park is by far the nicest looking and quietest.

Today i found out i lost another group of good neighbors ,because of management and Their crummy parking policy that doesn't work amongst the other numerous problems here ,They weren't noisy, they didnt have cars with modified exhaust systems and running around all hours of the night they respected the privacy of there neighbors w

Since January 2022 rent up 15.00 , still have loud exhaust systems and noise, speeding cars jumping the poor excuse for a speed bump in front of my house and speeding down the road after the speed bump , trees are getting trimmed slowly but better than before, still nothing trimmed on the fence line behind my lot ,but hopefully soon

Dark and Dingy no lighting

Hi just an FYI all the even number houses on Piper drive, new brighton, mn, 55112 are on the right (north) side of the road. All the odds are on the left. It always shows up my (even) house is on the left side which confuses delivery ppl. I think the whole trailer park is numbered as such so other people could have the same issie.

Illegal immigrants have ruined the park with no regard to neighbors

There is no management, no rule enforcement. This used to be a nice park, but not anymore.

A few problem tenants, but for the most part, a nice park (one of the better ones around).

I’ve lived here for over 7 years now and ever since they got the new owner the installed some speed bumps that kinda have messed up my car
