Please do not rent or buy in this park as there is a terrible water drainage problem in this park that is undermining peoples homes and destroyed my foundation to which it is going to cost me over $10,000 to repair my foundation under my home and the Riverstone Corporation refuses to take responsibility for this problem they tell us

Seems like a nice, quiet place. I visited a friend who look Iives there.
